By downloading, installing, or using Sezgi ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Sezgi is an AI-powered fortune reading application developed by Yin&Yang Studio. The App offers various fortune reading types including tarot, coffee cup reading (kahve falı), horoscope, palm reading (el falı), face reading (yüz falı, also known as mian xiang or physiognomy), dream interpretation, numerology, aura reading, crystal ball, rune casting, I Ching, and synastry compatibility readings.
Photo-Based Readings: The coffee cup, palm, and face reading features process photos you upload through our AI provider (Anthropic Claude) to produce a narrative interpretation. These features do NOT perform face recognition, identity verification, or build any biometric template — they generate a thematic reading similar to interpreting a tarot card image. See the Privacy Policy for the full handling of biometric data, especially the heightened protections we apply to face photos under GDPR Article 9, Illinois BIPA, and similar regulatory frameworks.

You acknowledge that fortune readings are generated by artificial intelligence and do not predict actual future events. Any decisions you make based on the App's content are solely your responsibility.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Sezgi. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
Sezgi creates an anonymous account automatically when you first use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and account access. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
Free Tier: Includes a limited number of daily readings per fortune type. Free users may see advertisements and can watch optional reward ads for extra readings.
Premium Tier: Offers unlimited readings, premium AI-powered insights, an ad-free experience, and extended reading features. Premium subscriptions are managed through Google Play and are subject to Google Play's subscription terms.
You retain ownership of any content you provide (text, images). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process this content through our AI services solely for the purpose of generating your readings.
You agree not to submit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.
Readings are generated by AI models (Google Gemini and Anthropic Claude). While we strive for quality and relevance, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any AI-generated content. AI outputs may occasionally contain errors or unexpected content.
The App, including its design, code, graphics, and AI prompt architecture, is the intellectual property of Yin&Yang Studio. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yin&Yang Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated readings will meet your expectations.
You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
