These terms are an agreement between you and the operator named below for your use of the Sezgi app ("Sezgi", "the app"). By using Sezgi you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Sezgi writes AI-generated readings in traditions such as tarot, coffee cup reading (kahve falı), daily horoscope, palm reading (el falı), face reading (yüz falı), dream interpretation, numerology, aura, crystal ball, runes, I Ching and compatibility, and keeps them in your journal.
Photo readings. Coffee cup, palm and face readings send the photo you choose to an AI provider to write a narrative reading. They do not recognise or identify you and do not build a face template. The privacy policy explains which provider receives each photo and how face photos are protected.

Decisions you make after reading are your own. If you are in crisis or need help, contact a qualified professional or your local emergency services.
Sezgi is for adults only. You must be 18 or older to use it. By using Sezgi you confirm that you are 18 or older.
Sezgi creates an anonymous account when you first open the app. You can link it to a Google or Apple sign-in so your journal survives a new phone. An anonymous account lives only in the app on your phone; if you uninstall or clear the app without signing in, it cannot be recovered. Keep your device and sign-in secure.
Credits. Free readings use credits. Each reading type costs the number of credits shown in the app; photo readings cost more than text readings. You receive free credits in the ways the app shows, such as a welcome gift, a daily refresh and optional rewarded ads. Your wallet has a maximum balance shown in the app. Credits have no cash value, cannot be bought, sold or transferred, and are lost when you delete your account. We may change how many credits a reading costs or how many you receive; the app always shows the current numbers before you spend them.
Ads. Free use includes ads. Rewarded ads are optional.
Premium. A Premium subscription removes ads and gives you readings without spending credits, Premium-only features such as combo readings and longer journal insights, and deeper AI readings. Premium readings are subject to fair-use daily limits shown in the app, which protect the service from abuse.
Question packs. You can buy one-time packs of extra questions. A pack is used up as you use it and does not renew.
You keep the rights to the text and photos you give Sezgi. You allow us, and the providers listed in the privacy policy, to process them only to write your readings, keep your journal and run the service. Do not submit content that is unlawful, harmful or that you have no right to share, including photos of other people's faces without their permission.
Readings are generated by AI models from several providers, listed in section 5 of the privacy policy. AI output can be wrong, inconsistent or unexpected. We do not guarantee that a reading is accurate, complete or suitable for any purpose.
The app, its design, artwork, code and prompts belong to the operator or its licensors. You may read, save and share your own readings for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute or reverse-engineer the app except where the law allows it.
To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of Sezgi, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Sezgi is provided "as is". We do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors. This does not affect warranties that your local consumer law gives you and that cannot be excluded.
You can delete your account at any time in the app (You → Settings → Delete account) or by email; see how to delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. If we stop offering Sezgi, we will tell you in the app in advance where we can.
We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell you in the app before it applies. If you keep using Sezgi after the change, the new terms apply; if you do not agree, stop using the app and delete your account.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, and disputes go to the courts of Ontario. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and can bring a claim in your local courts where that law allows.
If you downloaded Sezgi from the Apple App Store, these terms are between you and the operator, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the app and is not responsible for claims relating to it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
