Delete your Sezgi account
Last updated: October 5, 2026
You can delete your Sezgi account and the data that goes with it at
any time. It takes a moment in the app, and you can also ask us by
email.
In the app
- Open Sezgi and go to the You tab.
- Tap Settings.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Confirm. The deletion happens straight away and cannot be undone.
Want a copy first? In the same Settings screen, tap Export my data
before you delete.
Without the app
Email support@yinyangstudio.app with the subject "Delete my
Sezgi account". Sezgi is operated by OZCANLAR (Ozgur Ozcan, sole proprietor), Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
-
If you signed in with Google or Apple, send the email from that
address, or tell us which address you signed in with. We may reply
to confirm the request comes from you.
-
If you never signed in, your account is tied only to the app on your
phone, and we cannot find it from an email address. Use the in-app
option if you can. If the app still opens, copy your Account ID from
Settings > Account and include it in your email; that identifies
the account exactly. If you cannot, tell us roughly when you installed
the app and on which device, and we will try; we cannot promise to
identify an account that has no sign-in.
- We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted
-
Your account, including the link to a Google or Apple sign-in and its
email address.
-
Your profile: name, birth details, sign, preferences and settings.
- Every reading, its summary and your journal.
-
Credits, question packs, streaks, daily usage counts, referral codes,
rewarded-ad records and usage logs.
- Push notification tokens and the record of purchase events.
-
On the phone where you delete in the app: saved readings, settings,
scheduled reminders and your ad-consent choice.
We never store photos, so there are none for us to delete. The AI
provider that received a photo keeps it under its own terms; see
section 4 of the privacy policy.
What is kept, and for how long
-
A record that the account was deleted: the former account ID, the
time, and the IP address of the request. We keep it to show that we
handled the request.
-
Database backups: deleted data can remain in encrypted backups for a
short time until they are overwritten.
-
Crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics) are kept for up to 90 days, and
analytics events for at most 14
months.
-
Purchase records held by Google Play or the App Store and by
RevenueCat, which they keep for billing, tax and fraud prevention.
Ask us by email if you want us to request deletion from RevenueCat.
Your subscription
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it first
in Google Play (Play Store → Profile → Payments &
subscriptions → Subscriptions) or, on iPhone, in Settings →
your name → Subscriptions. Unused credits and question packs are
lost when the account is deleted.
